Enjoy a first hand view of these working vineyards, then on to a breathtaking wine-tasting among spectacular views.

Experience this world renowned winery, designed by famed architect Gawie Fagan. Afterwards, enjoy a seasonal, bistro-style cuisine at the Klein Constantia Bistro.
The wine estate, Klein Constantia, dates to 1685, when Simon Van Der Stel planted the first vineyards with a variety of Muscat grapes at what today we call Klein Constantia, guests can enjoy a journey back in time.

Klein Constantia has historical links dating back to George Washington, Jane Austen and Napoleon Bonaparte, who while in exile in the 1800s would only drink “Vin de Constance”, which is still sold today. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the world's most beautiful backdrops, and anyone (any age) is welcome on this experience.

The helicopter flight from the V&A Waterfront includes a Full Peninsula Helicopter Scenic Flight, the flight to Klein Constantia, as well as the return flight to the Waterfront.

The lead time for this experience is 48 hours to ensure all arrangements are made seamlessly. The experience is approximately 3-4 hours.

Check In Time

Please check in 30 minutes before your scheduled takeoff time. This allows us to complete weight checks, conduct the safety briefing, and issue your tickets. Once checked in, you can relax in our waiting area, capture some great pre-flight photos, and soak in the atmosphere before your adventure begins.

Photography Tip

For the best photos, we recommend wearing darker-colored clothing. Light colours, especially white, can reflect off the windows and affect your shots—so dress dark for that perfect picture! We do not have an on-site photographer.

Seating Allocation

For all sharing flights, seating is assigned based on weight and balance, which is determined during your safety briefing and ticketing. If you prefer to choose your own seats, you may book an Exclusive Flight by purchasing one additional seat—guaranteeing you the best seats in the house.

All flights are weather-dependent. If conditions are not suitable for flying, we will make every effort to reschedule your flight to the next best available time. For your comfort, please note that the temperature in the sky is the same as on the ground, so dress accordingly.
