Gabriëlskloof sits on a rise in the Botrivier valley between two mountain ranges with vineyards and olive groves against its slopes. Upon your visit to the estate, you can enjoy a tasting of the estate's portfolio of premium wines or sample the multiple awarded Gabriëlskloof Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Gabriëlskloof Wine Estate shop offers a wide selection of its own merchandise, olive oil, and premium wines.

Top your visit off with a mouth-watering lunch while enjoying the exquisite Gabriëlskloof wines at the critically acclaimed Faro restaurant.

The Winelands, Cape Town Helicopters Flight package

The Gabriëlskloof Wine Estate Cape Town Helicopters flight package includes a private helicopter flight to and from Gabriëlskloof Wine Estate and a half-day experience at the estate to enjoy wine tasting and or pairing, shopping, and lunch (for your own account).

Helicopter Flight Time:	V&A Waterfront to Gabriëlskloof Wine Estate (+35 minutes) Gabriëlskloof Wine Estate back to V&A Waterfront (+35 minutes)
Ground Time:	Spend 2,5 to 3 hours at Gabriëlskloof Wine Estate
Total Winelands Flight Experience:	3-4 hours in total

* Cape Town Helicopters reserves the right to bring the helicopter back to base if operationally required and we will then perform the collection from Gabriëlskloof Wine Estate at an appointed time.

Flights are subject to weather conditions. A full refund will be provided where rescheduling of flights is unavailable.

Important Information

Check In Time

Please check in 20-30 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled Take Off time. This will allow enough time for us to take weights, conduct a safety briefing and issue tickets. After this has been conducted you can relax on the viewing deck and take some great pre-flight pictures and enjoy the atmosphere.

Best Pictures

For the best pictures we recommend that you wear darker coloured clothing as whites reflect off the inside of the windows and can spoil that epic shot.

Seating

Please be aware that seating allocation on all our sharing flights are done according to weight and balance which is done during your safety briefing and ticketing. Should you want to choose your own seats you can book an Exclusive Flight at the cost of one additional seat and you are guaranteed the ‘best seats in the house.

Weather

All flights are weather dependent. Should the conditions not be ideal for flying we will try to reschedule to the next best available flight window. Note that the temperature in the sky is exactly the same as on the ground in case you are wondering what to wear.
