The Cape Town Helicopters Boschendal Winelands Flight promises a memorable experience from tasting a wide variety of Boschendal’s finest award-winning wines under the oak trees, lush greenery and breathtaking views to chocolate and wine-pairing.

You are invited to an authentic culinary and wine-pairing experience like no other, providing award-winning wines and flavourful, nourishing food, from soil-to-fork. Much of the fresh produce you’ll find on your plate is sustainably grown right on Boschendal Wine Farm.

Whether you are looking for a restaurant with a view or a relaxed wine tasting under oak trees, there’s no better place to be.

The Winelands, Cape Town Helicopters flight package

The Boschendal Wine Farm Cape Town Helicopters flight package includes a private helicopter flight to and from Boschendal Wine Farm and a half-day experience at the wine farm to enjoy wine tasting and or pairing, shopping, and lunch (for your own account).

Helicopter Flight Time:	V&A Waterfront to Boschendal Wine Farm (+25 minutes) Boschendal Wine Farm back to V&A Waterfront (+25 minutes)
Ground Time:	Spend approximately 2,5 to 3 hours at Boschendal Wine Farm

* Cape Town Helicopters reserves the right to bring the helicopter back to base if operationally required and we will then perform the collection from Boschendal Winery at an appointed time.

Flights are subject to weather conditions. A full refund will be provided where rescheduling of flights is unavailable.

Important Information

Check In Time

Please check in 20-30 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled Take Off time. This will allow enough time for us to take weights, conduct a safety briefing and issue tickets. After this has been conducted you can relax on the viewing deck and take some great pre-flight pictures and enjoy the atmosphere.

Best Pictures

For the best pictures we recommend that you wear darker coloured clothing as whites reflect off the inside of the windows and can spoil that epic shot.

Seating

Please be aware that seating allocation on all our sharing flights are done according to weight and balance which is done during your safety briefing and ticketing. Should you want to choose your own seats you can book an Exclusive Flight at the cost of one additional seat and you are guaranteed the ‘best seats in the house.

Weather

All flights are weather dependent. Should the conditions not be ideal for flying we will try to reschedule to the next best available flight window. Note that the temperature in the sky is exactly the same as on the ground in case you are wondering what to wear.
