The number of passengers cannot be increased or altered as part of this promotion.
All flights are subject to availability, operational requirements, and favourable weather conditions.
This is an online only promotion and can only be booked through the promotional section of the website or directly via the official company email or WhatsApp channel.
2. FLIGHT & WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
Flights are conducted in an Airbus H120 helicopter.
Should the combined weight or balance of the passengers exceed aircraft limitations, an upgrade will be required. An additional upgrade fee will apply and will be communicated prior to confirmation.
3. WEATHER & REFUND POLICY
In the event that weather conditions do not permit safe flying and guests are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
Cape Town Helicopters reserves the right to reschedule flights due to weather, technical considerations, or air traffic restrictions.
4. GENERAL TERMS
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
This promotion is non-refundable and non-transferable unless weather prevents the flight and rescheduling is not possible.
All guests are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure for a mandatory safety briefing.
